General Exam Tips

Whichever paper your child is sitting, these principles always apply: read each question carefully before answering, manage time so that every question gets attempted, use the process of elimination on multiple-choice questions, and never leave an answer blank – an educated guess is always better than no answer at all. Practise under timed conditions regularly so the real exam feels familiar.
